We have dealt with LifeLabs since 2004 or so. They are quite good, and when members of ours have gone for bloodwork they haven't had any concerns. We have also had their mobile division come to our site to collect said bloodwork for members who weren't able to get around, or who were older in age (and needed AM fasting work completed). They are listed as being available in B.C., Ontario, and Quebec.
Are you familiar with them in your region?

LifeLabs BC site - "For almost 50 years, BC doctors and their patients have relied on our lab testing and information services to help predict disease, determine the best course of treatment, monitor its effectiveness and support chronic disease management programs.
Lab test information is critical to more than 70% of the medical decisions doctors make about caring for their patients.
In communities across British Columbia, we provide a full range of diagnostic testing services supported by an extensive network of collection, transportation, information technology, and analytical and consultative expertise.
Every day, more than 11,000 patients visit one of our 80 service centres across the province and we take our services to more than 500 patients at home and in long term care facilities; and every day, we perform more than 44,000 tests to help doctors diagnose, monitor and treat their patients."
