(lol) !  Vo 5 also has avocado oil ~ argan oil ~ apricot oil ~ grapeseed oil ~ jojoba oil  in this luxurious shampoo  - I didn't even need conditioner afterwards -  these samples from VO5 are new - I will review the conditioner another time -  Love trying new samples like this !

Divine  Milk chocolate with spiced cookies is a Fair Trade Certified product that I found at Homesense in the food isle -  so many great items at Homesense - I could spend all day their just looking at their great products from around the world!   This bar is a "Limited Edition" chocolate - made with only the finest quality Fair Trade cocoa beans from Kuapa Kokoo, a co-operative of smallerholder farmers in Ghana -  This bar is different in that it has spiced cookies  mixed in to the bar - you can actually "smell " the spices when you open up the package - tastes amazing & smooth too -  this bar originally was priced at $5.00 then $3.99 & I bought it for $2.00 each  -  so I picked up 4 bars at $2 a piece - amazing value for this unique treat!

Kettle~Corn - smokin - stampede -  by President's Choice  is  a NEW popcorn in the chip isle at Extra~ Foods & Supervalue -  bought this NEW popcorn to try out & WOW is it HOT!!!!  This popcorn makes a nice addition to a party mix or for serving company for movie - night !!!!!!!!     This popcorn has a great after "Kick" with a smokin - hot - taste -  I advise drinking something very COLD when eating this popcorn - with its beer&chipotle sauce, this crunchy kettle corn is made the old~fashioned way with its distinctive sweet yet smoky flavour - I know people who LOVE this popcorn!  I bought this 297gr. bag at Extra - Foods or you can get it also at Super-Value!

Yorkshire pudding mix by Club-House  makes a nice & very easy way to cook up those tasty treats to serve with your roastbeef or other meat type dish - this is an easy to do dry mix by Club-House  in the sauce isle at Safeway or Sobey's  - the directions on the back tell you all you need is 3 ingredients to add to their mix to make a delicious treat to serve your family or guests that everyone will love --------   Ingredients Wheat flour, modified milk ingredients, salt, glucose solids, potassium phosphate, monoglycerides, BHA,BHT  -  All you need to make these are  1tbxp. (15ml) regular oil/  1/3 cup (75ml) water/  1 large egg !
Bought these in 3 packs at a bunch at Safeway - $1.39 each - sometimes they have specials on their dry mixes!

Cherry Juice  -  Sunkist Naturals* is another wonderful juice only with a twist its more like a "fruit smoothie"  with a delightful  "Cherry" flavor !  Making this juice unique for sure -  This berry cherry is bountifully full of  Oregon Bing cherries & Marion blackberries - along with Washington State red raspberries & California  Strawberries  with bananas & the juice of  apple & oranges to bring you the freshest tasting red-berry  smoothie type beverage with ALL - NATURAL ingredients !!

Carrot Cake by Farmer's Market is a tasty slice in a handy reusable cake container with snap-down lid -  this is a single layer Carrot-Cake with light cream-cheese like icing -  comes in the hand  425gr. size for ease of cutting one piece or serving to company like friends & family too!   This cake has pineapple & carrots in it making it nice and moist for good flavor - along with basic cake ingredients it's easy to  put in the fridge & store and also equally easy to open with the easy dual snap down lid & clear lid - so you can see what is left over - if there is any left over that is!  (LOL)!  If you like carrot cake you need to try this one!   Calories 280 / Sodium 210/ Fibre 1/ Sugars 26g. / Protein 3 gr./    Vitamin A 15% /  Calcium  2%/  Iron 6%  /     I purchased this carrot-cake at Extra foods for $3.47 /  This cake can be frozen as well!

SunRype has  two NEW juice offerings in the juice isle  - I first noticed the one variety at Sobey's  -  but since then I was at Safeway's first Tuesday of the month sale - and saw that the same juice was also available at their store  -  namely  SunRype apple-lime  & SunRype watermelon strawberry  -   we all recognize the name SunRype it is synonomous with making qaultiy juices & fruit based products  -  this juice is refreshingly different - with the taste of watermelon & strawberry combined it tastes light & fruity - reminds me of "summer"  -  very fragrant also with a hint of the watermelon, this juice is delicious - served chilled of course for breakfast or anytime  with  a mix or grape /pear/apple /filtered water/fruit juices from concentrate / strawberry & watermelon juices/ citric acid (for tartness) natural flavor, natural color & Vitamin C  -  A great juice product from Sun - Rype Products Ltd.  Kelowna, B.C. Toast & Go - picked these unique & tasty Breakfast Cookie by Erin Baker (Wholesome Baked Goods) up at Winner's, seems whenever I go to Winner's I always find something NEW & DIFFERENT to try out (LOL) !   What a great store it "really is" from clothes to hair products to food & home decor items- pillows, art work & household items - muffin tins - measuring spoons - cookbooks - well let's just say their is "something for everyone" at Winners!    I bought this 340gr box with 4 indivually wrapped PLATE-SIZED Breakfast Cookie called "Morning GLory"  -  they are very filling  with toasted Oats, Apples, Walnuts, Coconut, plump Raisins and a dash of Carrot Cake Spice -  All Your Baked Grains & Fruit - VERY HEALTHY!!   As the box says you can toast them or eat them as a  mid-day snack  as "Erin " says

Shopper'sDrugMart sells a line called "Simply  Foods" - they are starting to add more items to their frozen section, picked up these CHeese&Onion Puff Pastries - great for entertaining or using as hor derves to serve before supper or as a snack at gametime (since the Grey-Cup is on sunday)
These cheese & onion puffs are flaky & light, they have a blend of 3 cheeses inside with little onion - (I hardly found any onion - in 4 pieces I ate!)  Comes 20 pieces in a 360 gr. box & you put them in oven for 20 minutes from frozen/ Calories 120  / Sodium 150g/ Protein 3 g/ Vitamin A 2%/ Calcium 4%/ Iron 4%/  If you need something quick to serve for friends - these are fairly good - I think I would serve them with a dip for the big-game!   Price  -  Purchased at Shopper'sDrugMart on sale marked down from $6.99 to $4.99 - I bought 2 boxes for the weekend!

New CHEX-Mix Chocolate Caramel available in Snack mix bag227gr. found this NEW variety at Sobey's, this is a new take on an old original CHEX-MIX that you might remember - this time they added bite size chocolate & caramel flavor bites & bits with peanuts & candy chocolate pieces along with pretzel pieces & shreddie pieces of cereal with caramel coating - there is also a recipe on the back of the bag to add for a trail mix to take along on your travels/  Calories are 210 per 3/4 cup / sodium 150mg/ protein 3 g/ Sugar 13 g/  VIt A 2%/ Calcium 2%/ Iron 6%/  these were a NEW item at Sobey's for $2.79 with extra points value added - also available were Bugles  for the same price/  These are very mildly flavored & can be very addictive!
