Lunab Bars are the female formulation of Clif Bars. I used to work at a fitness gym, used to stash both under my desk for when I was too busy to take my breaks, They're the best of the bars -- great as far as nutrition to be found in a bar, and tastier than any other bar I can think of -- and I've tried many. The only problem is, after months of eating these things, sometimes several times a day if I skipped lunch in addition to my breaks, then your body begins to actually lose energy -- and that's in spite of the generic name "energy bars" that we use. And, that's in spite of taking high-quality vitamins with them. You just have to remember there's a limit to how much meal subsitution you can do. Once I switched to snacking mostly on real live foods, like apples, nuts, or a yogurt, I felt my energy start to return. So the best thing is real food that's just as portable as an energy bar, i.e. fruits, nuts, or maybe even one of those fresh-squeezed fruit drinks. But these bars are the next best.
