I received two seperate e-mails today both of which I have entered a local contest for. They both ask me to fill out a 5 minute survey requesting feedback on their services and they both have the info below as part of their e-mail. One has a seperate contest for answering the survey and one doesn't. I am not sure if these are worth doing just for a chance to maybe get on a panel and then maybe win$250. What do you guys think?

At the end of the survey, you may be asked if you’re interested in joining an online panel called the Voice of the West. As a member of the panel, you’ll have the opportunity to voice your opinion on a variety of important topics in British Columbia. Everyone who qualifies and joins the Voice of the West panel will be entered into a draw to win one of four (4) prizes of $250.
