Roger's
Is anyone else as impressed as I am that a company based in Canada is enjoying as much growth as it is during a time when almost every business is suffering due to the current state of the global economy? Roger's has expanded far beyond a simple phone company, allowing it to employ thousands of Canadians and enjoy economic growth year after year. Kudos.

I have Rogers cable, two cell phones and internet. I'm not complaining about the services but I'm not happy when I get my bill.

My rented PVR from Rogers went flaky. It only recorded 5 minutes on one recording and 14 minutes on another. Bad news is that the game I recorded on Sunday was garbled so I took it back to the local Rogers store. 5 minutes later I had a new one, all programmed so I did not have to sit on hold or punching in codes for half an hour like I did the first time. The picture is better now...go figure!

Good to hear positive stories about Rogers, as most of the time are complaints for their poor customer service. I have Rogers as well - cable and cell phone - and so far so good, no problems to report!

Never had any problems with them. Pretty reliable and quick to fix any problems that have arisen. :)

They send a copy of the bill each month but do not send much further account info, guess you are supposed to go on line for specials etc.

I have 3 cell phones with Rogers, I rarely have any problems with customer service and if I do I just hang up and call back and get someone else on the line. Normally thou the customer service is great, for the most part their associates have been polite and courteous to me. Any problems with billing are taken care of on the spot when you call them. I find if you are polite to them they will be equally as polite to you, common courtesy is the key. The person on the other end of the phone didn't mess up your bill but the WILL fix it.

The hubby has a rogers cell phone, and sometimes they need to get there call in folks and the stores working better together, one tells you one thing, and the other says no. But usually don't have many problems with them.
