Home Hardware 100% Canadian.

I have been shopping at Home Hardware in Gananoque for over 25 years, love their friendly staff and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

Recently they moved to a new location, the largest Home Hardware store in Canada (84,000 sq. ft) that includes the hardware department,furniture department and in store lumber supplies that you literally drive your vehicle through to pick up your lumber purchases. A store of this size in a town with a base population of 5300.

They also support many national organizations and charities,Special Olympics Canada, Tree Canada Foundation, Sick Kids Foundation,United Way,Communities in Bloom to name a few.

Picton also has a big new store. Adam the owner supports lots of community activities. The store & Beauti - Tone paints is the survivor sponsor for our first Prince Edward County Cancer Relay for Life. The service in HH is great and huge selection of products. Napanee's new HH is nearing completion. Belleville has 3 smaller locations.

I like hearing about stores like HH especially since they support such worthwhile causes,makes me want to shop there,we go into Gananoque once a month to the theatre,I will look HH up next time we are there.

My HH is the Bridlewood store in Kanata,(Ottawa), Ontario. Large for urban HH. I love the houswewares/decor section, it is always fun to go in and see what is new. I must say that Home Hardware has the best customer service of any hardware retailer. Of course the fact that they are 100% Canadian makes me want to shop there more often.

Our local HH closed for a while, but luckily for us opened again under new management. The staff is great -- friendly, and very helpful. It sure beats wandering around Home Depot trying to find something!
