Which do you prefer? I do not seem to like our Walmart since it became a superstore. It seems to be the last place I choose to go for groceries, the store is just too darn big. I go in for 3 or 4 things and I need to walk from one end to the other and then back down thru the middle. There is a Walmart further away but I like shopping there better.

Walmart superstores are awesome, but we don't have one where I live. Groceries are so cheep! But I agree it is a lot of walking.

I've never been a fan of Wal-Marts in general. The ones I've been to were generally pretty dirty/messy

Blame that on the manager. All of ours are very clean and well looked after.

One of the Supercentre stores in our area seems way bigger than the other one. I wonder if they have super supercentres?

I like walmart for the low prices especially the meats and the canned goods and fruits and veggies are very reasonable compared to stores such as no frills.

We have a Superstore here, I like it when I'm in a hurry because I can go in grab everything I need and be out of there, plus I have to take the bus a lot and the bus that comes by my house goes right to Wal-mart so bringing stuff home is fairly easy since I do not have to transfer buses.

There is one of each in our area, and I am so so about both. I like the sales at the superstore better, but find the regular walmart much easier to find stuff in, and at times better deals.

I didnt like our old Walmart much because it was tiny, dirty - old! But just last month we got a brand new Superstore -150,000 square feet. Its so big that in the 3 trips I have made there I still havent seen the whole thing! Very good prices and lots of variety. They even have a Walk in Clinic.

We have a Supercentre here locally about 2 mins from work. It's quite popular, but I only stop in for the occasional deal or if I can combine it with a coupon as I do the bulk of my shopping about a minute away down the road at Superstore. The good thing though about the Supercentre is that it's laid out in a user-friendly format. When you walk in the door you're immediately in the produce section with the meat/dairy/bakery sections a bit further along, or you can just venture to your right for general food aisles / women's / cosmetics / clothing. Way on the far side of the store = homeware + electronics. It used to be a Costco (so think of the size of the warehouse).
