Kitchen gadget that you use most often?
Besides the vegetable peeler, it is a Home Hardware pair of heavy duty scissors with serrated sides to open lids on bottles that you can not get to open. It sits ready for action in the knife block on the counter.

Years ago we went skiing in France and had a kitchenette in our room but no egg flipper and could not seem to find one in the store so we used a credit card to flip the eggs each morning. It was a sorry sight after 2 weeks.

I picked up this battery operated pepper grinder for my hubby for his stocking this past Christmas. Its now MY favourite gadget. You just push the button on the top and it grinds the fresh black pepper. Great when cooking you can stir and add at the same time. No more twisting with 2 hands. Love it!!!
