Generic Brands
Does anyone know any good generic brands for mayo/ketchup?  I prefer the brand names of these which are expensive.  PC brand items are awesome, especially butter chicken, but am always at a loss for ketchup...

I always check the ingredients. Sometimes they use fillers and cheaper ingredients, but for some products, it's pretty straightforward.

I use Heinz ketchup and french's mustard. I just hate to insult a good hamburg or hotdog other brand names seem to have more water in them. When we get a new bottle of either we let it sit on counter for awhile then open without shaking it and pour or squirt the top water out. Greatly reduces the "forgot to shake syndrome".
