I wasn't quite sure where to post this.

I'm trying to figure out what's the deal with Beyond the Rack online store. With Sweet Spot we get credits which allows us to purchase something from BTR website. However, I've read different views if its worth it or not? Have any of you experienced anything with them? Any info will be helpful.

Isn't this like Winners on the web? I think you have to have get an invitation - but it's only a formality. I might be wrong.

I love them. Havent had any problem with the 2 things I ordered. Yes it does take quite awhile to get shipped. They dont have the items - once you order and pay, they order from the distributor and ship to you so it can take a few weeks.
Great deals too! I got a pair of Doc Martens( $120 value) shipped to me for $25 and a Kimikal purse ($60 value) also for $25.

I have to try things on. That is one thing I will not buy on the web, clothing and shoes. Sizes do not mean anything anymore, there does not seem to be any standard, especially for offshore stuff, it is always smaller than the same size made in Canada.

I am assuming the advantage of Beyond The Rack is that it is real brand name stuff, not the knock offs like you get stuck with on E-Bay.

My daughter bought a great watch for her fiance and they're both really happy w/ it. No clue what brand it was.

Every day I browse to see what is on offer. I have bought some clothes (really helps if know the brand and your sizing within that brand). Shipping takes forever, so if you are not in a hurry you might get the purchase within 3 weeks to a month. I did return something once - but of course I had to pay for shipping. No problem. Sometimes there are some really nice items for sale on the site.

Good to know - I've been wondering about this site as well. I notice the people who commented were from out west - has anyone in Ontario had any sort of experience with them? Does the shipping take as long?

I bought three watches from this site. One of them looks so cheap and it cost me more than $100. The shipping took more than a month, when I finally receive it I was very upset. So I decide to return it and buy another model, thinking that I will have my money credited on my credit card. I made the return and they've respond quite quick saying they've receive my request bla bal bla, I thought it was a good deal... Well no, they dont wont give you your money back but rather "BTR credits", so you have to spend your money on their website (AND DON'T BELIEVE ON ANY OF THEIR "BLOWOUT" SALES, EVERYTHING IS JUST AS CHEAP AS WALMART STUFF).

So, bought another watch: a Jacques Lemans for $200 an after just one month it broke! Now I have $100 in BTR credits (wow!) and I have to send my broken watch to Hollywwod, USA, pay the shipping and wait who knows how much time to receive it back, if i receive it.

Think it twice before buying here. Their prices are not better than any other website, and you will have to wait more than a month to receive you item, an hopefully you will like it.

I just ordered two tops. We'll see how long it takes...
