My son has allergies to peanut and egg. I love Chapman's for being nut free, but also just for catering to as many allergies as possible, they are also gluten free and some flavours if not all are egg free. And they taste delicious and are a Cdn company. So thankful for them. My son finally had his first ice cream this past week. He loves it :)
Takara - I fully agree, and credit to them on recent years with their coupons. When you contact them, you can request the annual coupon and they'll usually send it out in a month or two. I picked up the 2L Maple Walnut frozen yogurt when it was on sale this spring, and I also had a coupon (up to $5 value from Cheerios for any frozen dessert) which I used to get a 2L Chunky Monkey froz' yogurt.
You can also order a free Chapmans calendar along with the coupons. I find their ice creams to be one of the best tasting and like you said totally Canadian.

Tsetnoc - Pretty tasty stuff. I'm more familiar with their frozen yogurts, as I haven't tried as many of their ice creams over the years. My dad and I had some of the Cheeky Monkey variety tonight while watching the Canucks game after dinner. Pretty good stuff. We both liked it. Flavouring = banana / strawberry / chocolate brownie combination. I diced up some strawberries to have on the side as well.
