Here is one that I use at my get togethers or take 

2 pkg  8 ounces each cream cheese
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese about 4 ounces
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4  cup minced onion
1 tab worcestershire sauce

parsley chopped fine and use fresh

make sure your cheeses are room temp and  you can use mixer  is best not food processor
in bowl add onion and worcestershire sauce blend
bed on med. speed  until fluffly scraping sides and bottom of bowl cover and chill at least 8 hours or over night

shapme mixture in 1 large ball  or you can roll  in about 30  one inch balls

roll in parsley cover and chill for another 2 hours or until firm

these go quickly when made into the small balls

Yes, perfect for Christmas and also would be good to use as an appie, the blue cheese would really give it that zesty taste.
