What about this forum rule "Do not post personal topics . Personal is making a thread specifically for another member. "
This rule is not that clear. Anyone care to comment? Give me an example.

Fluffy - perhaps it's meant to encourage people to simply message the co-member directly via personal message, or simply add the comment/question in an already-existant thread via a (quoted) reply?
