Bought this product at Superstore in late-April and tried the muffins out this past week. They were tasty. The package apparently makes 12 muffins, although they were smaller in size once baked. In the future if I do purchase them, I'll probably aim to make 6 - 8 muffins of larger size instead. Tasty though & I would buy the product again (given all the good experiences with PC Blue Menu items over the years). Either that or try out some of the other varieties as well. It was priced around $2.47 or so. 500g packa...

Picked up a 384ml bottle of this Garnier Fructis Pure Clean product in recent months (Normal Hair). I haven't bought much in the way of Garnier products over the years, having stuck with other brands, but it was good selection. Using a coupon ... got it for less than $2 and it has held up well. I like the fact that it doesn't seem to leave much in the way of residue or film as some other hair products tend to do. I will buy this product again. Preferably on sale though considering it's not the largest of sizes at t...

Big fan of the healthier variety of crackers and crispbreads out there from brands like Wasa, Ryvita, and others. Usually waiting for sales pricing (or a coupon) before picking them up. There's currently a tearsheet coupon for the Wasa variety of crackers (good expiration window in 2013) at RC Superstore, so picked up a package a few days ago during grocery shopping, and will certainly pick up more in the future. Healthy and tasty on their own, or with a slice of cheese or dipped into hummus. Price was right too ......

Very impressed with this gadget the past 3.5 years. It gets regular usage ... is extremely durable ... battery life is reasonable ... and it has provided plenty of enjoyment (music / podcasts / wifi internet access) at home, the gym, and work over the years. When I first got it (just over $200 at that time in the summer of 2009) I assumed I'd be mostly using it to listen to albums. Little did I realize how much I'd enjoy podcasts (of all topics) and the wifi capability as well. Not having a smartphone ... it basicall...

Got a pair of these slippers a year ago @ holiday season, after a previous pair of slippers (another brand) fell apart after 2 years. I've been pleased with these ones and they fit well and are comfortable/warm and feel durable. Not sure on the pricing at the time, as they are a gift (as noted), but I would recommend them. I have noticed some online reviews from others noting they're good ... until they end up falling apart. Haven't had any issues though as all the use is indoors (as they have a soft sole/bottom) and...

Really enjoyed this sauce. Bought 2 jars on sale in recent weeks for just over $2 per at Superstore (they tend to range from $2 - 3.99 at most stores out there). We were able to use them tonight cooking up a pasta dish using conchiglioni (shells). 650ml jar, so in using them we made sure to make up a huge batch for days to come (smiles). We made up plenty extra, and also combined the dish with ground beef, tomatoes, chives, red pepper, green pepper, and sauteed onions for additional flavouring (and to get our veggi...

I don't think I'll be buying Weetabix cereal again anytime soon. My apologies to those who are big fans of the cereal, but I haven't been impressed in recent memory after having tried them again after well over 10 - 15 years. I bought a larger box on sale and with a coupon for less than $1.50, and also received a smaller box from a family member who picked some up in the States (with other grocery purchases, etc). Although they may be healthy ... I just don't find the appeal. The cereal itself is like a sponge of s...

Won a pair of headphones from the Sony store back in September. They were from a local radio station's co-promotion with Sony, and I printed off the email and took it to the Sony Store at Metrotown (Burnaby, B.C.) in my travels/errands (to see a free movie screening Saveland-style) and picked these ones up. They were on sale for $79.99 before taxes, and regularly priced at $129.99. I've been happy with them as they get usage at home and with the Ipod Touch ( as opposed to the generic earbuds which often don't do the ...

Good little flash drive. A friend of mine gave it to me last year, as he had no use for it. I've been using it more regularly in recent months, often adding televion series episodes to it, and then watching them off the laptop (through an HDMI cable run to the tv set). We have done this (friends/family) for series like Strike Back and Boss. The drive itself holds 16GB of content (good, solid amount) and I haven't had any issues with it with the bulk of the usage being around twice a week for the past 4 - 6 months. He...

I've been buying these ones (and the Whole Wheat variety too, but they're not as good) for the better part of the past 3/4 year. They're 200g in size, and are priced at $1.99 at the Superstore I shop at. Inside there are 10 packets of 6 melba toasts, and they're a good little snack (and crunch). I was buying more of the Whole Wheat ones beforehand, but realized these ones are actually tastier (and better as far as overall nutrition facts go). I'd recommend them for those who like a quick snack or add-on at lunch or d...

Picked up a pair of these shoes on Sunday afternoon. Chose the size 12 models, as the 11s and 11.5s were a bit too small and snug on the sides. Felt like they may have rubbed a bit on the back. These feel good, and wear well. They were regularly priced for $79.99 and have a nice retro feel with their simplicity, and black on white trim appeal. They were 50% off so essentially $40, as the person I was with was buying some higher-end Asics running shoes. Picked them up at Foot Locker (haven't visited one of their store...

They bought this at work last week, and it's quite tasty. Gotta hand it to Chapman's ... are any of their treats lacking? They're pretty much all good across the board. Coworker bought it for $4.79, and my fave part were the chunks inside. The nicely off-set the frozen yogurt as it slightly melted naturally while being consumed by us all. I've tried a few of their products, and currently have a few of their offerings (including this one). I waited for them to go on sale, and then bought them for a few bucks with coupon usage to boot.   What I like best about the product is that it creates a good lather and is quite effective as a full body wash. My only critique is that it's a bit smaller in size than some of the ones from Old Spice and others which are 500 - 532ml or so (with this/these one(s) in the 400 - 470ml range).   Also ... wh...

I've had these in the past, and bought them again this weekend as they were on sale for $2.00. They're a tasty chip and I'd buy them again. Priced right. Good on their own, or with salsa / cheese or as a regular nacho platter, etc. As with any chip though ... just eat them in reasonable portion sizing ... due to the fat / sodium / caloric counts and all. Otherwise ... you're good to have a guilty pleasure snack √ http://www.tostitos.ca/en/product.php?pid=16 http://www.tostitos.ca/

Definitely plan on buying this product again. I've mostly used foaming facial washes and cleansers over the years to help with a natural tendency towards oily skin, and I've found the Clean & Clear brand usually a go-to. I've tried out some of St. Ives' products in recent memory as they've either been priced right on sale, or have also had a recent $1.00 off in-store coupon running here at Superstore (West). I tried some of their other products including a 150ml tube, and really liked this product here (that I'm...
